21 day Challenge : No Excuses

My friend challenged me to a 21 day challenge. It takes 21 days to make a habit and 21 days to break one. My habit is unhealthy living. I challenged myself to 21 days of healthy living. This will  involve me working out, drinking more water and eating out less! This will definitely be a challenge for me because I eat out at least four times or more a week! I started yesterday by getting a membership to my local gym. Its very affordable! $10/month!!!
I can do this and my friend is holding me accountable for everything!! Its time I start living my life for me! I will also hold myself accountable as well!
No excuses now!!
