Fitness Journey
As you read from the title, I have started drinking this protein powder. During my
21 day challenge, I inquired some information about protein shakes from the trainer at my gym. I didn't want to build bulky muscles, I just wanted to loose weight. The trainer at the gym suggested that I get LEAN protein. It helps with weight lost from what I read online.
I been drinking these protein shakes for three days now. So far so good. I don't care for chocolate as much but the combinations that I have been coming up with has made the taste so much better!
Here is a receipe of my favorite smoothie combination. Yes, I call them smoothies rather than shakes! lol Smoothies sounds much more tastier!!!
My Peanut Butter Fudge Smoothie
2 scoops of EAS Chocolate Fudge Powder
8 oz of 2% Milk
2 Tbsps of Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp of Apple Butter
Mix in a blender and you have the best smoothie out there! (Well until I find a better concoction!)
Exercise:
As for exercise, I've been working out on my Xbox Kinect System. The game is called EA Sports Active2. More to come in a few days...
My fitness journey has been a long, up and down thing but I believe with a blog and possbility videos I can maintain and reach my goals. I'm excited for this.
